Yuval Rachlin

Founder & CEO

Yuval founded GlobalDots back in 2001. Since then, he has been steering GlobalDots through the high seas of the technology industry in one of its most exciting times.

With a proven executive management track record and over 25 years of experience driving sales growth in the tech space, Yuval takes care of overall strategy and makes sure that all of the customers, partners and employees needs are met.

Prior to establishing GlobalDots, Yuval accumulated experience in through various sales and management roles in media industry in Israel in the early 90’s. He then joined a leading web development firm in Tel Aviv where he was part of launching one of the first auction sites in the world, as well as delivering large scales projects to clients worldwide.

Since he established GlobalDots, Yuval is dedicated to make GlobalDots the focal point for our clients as far as Performance, security , and innovation are concerned as well as making the GlobalDots team the best in the industry.

Yuval is a technology expert with a strong sense for innovation. He is an entrepreneur that successfully established numerous businesses in several territories, a consultant and an investor.

George Hadjineophytou

Chief Operating Officer & Director

George is the COO of the Group, with over 25 years’ experience in senior finance, operational and director positions in international companies, private and publicly owned. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and a member of the Institute of Directors in the UK and has worked in multi-cultural and multi-site organisations for the biggest part of his professional career.

George looks after operations, finance, human resources and administration across the GlobalDots Group.


Thorsten Deutrich

VP Sales

Thorsten is a hands-on professional Excecutive with 20 years of management experience in several fast-paced technology environments.

Thorsten’s specialities include telecommunications, CDN, Web Security, cloud computing, load balancing, web performance, IP networks, VPN, MPLS and IPTV.

He also has a strong worldwide network, alongside expert market and industry knowledge on CDNs, service providers, enterprise solutions, technology vendors, global communications carriers and telecoms companies.

Nir Fatael

Strategic Solution & Services Director

As Globaldots Strategic Solutions and Services Director, Nir Fatael brings over 15 years of experience in hosting and hardware solutions. He’s spent over 10 years as IT and Infrastructure Manager.

Prior to joining Globaldots, Nir was IT Manager of few high-tech companies, he was responsible for managing the companies IT and building their Data Centers and Hardware purchasing.

Anders Thomsen

UK Country Manager

Anders has been managing several successful Sales & Marketing teams across the UK, Europe and the Far East. He was based in Hong Kong for several years and now resides in London since 1998.

Experienced in working both in multinational mega-corporations and in shoe-string startup operations. A couple of years ago I wrote a book called “Hacking iSeries”. It is still sold on Amazon. Michael Steindl

Senior Technical Sales Engineer

After studying computer science in Bavaria, Michael worked for a variety of different software companies and ISPs as project manager and consultant.

He started at Globaldots in 2012 as Sales Engineer responsible for the technical support of the sales process, creating IT strategies and supporting their customers worldwide. Today Michael is the Head of Engineering and manages the worldwide technical sales support.

Jonas Schulz

Senior Technical Sales Engineer

IPTV/Video Streaming Specialist with more than 15 years of industry experience, working in different roles for companies like ARD-Online-Channel, Rovi & DivX. He was the technical product lead of many successful VOD portal roll outs in Germany, also on first and second screen devices.

Within GlobalDots he’s taking care of the existing customers and will focusing on topics like Multi/Hybrid CDN, video and P2P streaming & consulting.

Eduardo Rocha

Senior Security Analyst

Eduardo Rocha is a Pre-Sales engineer at GlobalDots with a strong experience on the field of Internet traffic analysis and security. He successfully concluded a Doctoral degree in Portugal after which he moved to Germany where he worked on prestigious companies on the field of network analysis and security. Eduardo is an enthusiastic Pre-Sales engineer with a strong focus on the customers’ needs and with an ability of understanding and learning the requirements and needs of prospects.

His technical skills allied with his multi-language capacities have proven to be very useful in technical and commercial discussions. His experience in network security and traffic monitoring is a valuable resource as well his academic experience with cutting-edge research which involved fields such as Deep-Packet Inspection and CDNs deployment and optimization.

Francesco Altomare

Senior Technical Sales Engineer

After formal University education years, earns a BA in Foreign Languages (German,English, French) and moves to Glasgow (Scotland).

There he contracts several years for IBM Global Services in a variety of positions, Post-Sales Consulting on HardWare-, SoftWare- as well as back-then first Cloud-based Services’ offspring. He meantime gets certified by CompTIA as A+, Network+ and Security+ Professional, as well as a CCNA.

He then moves on to München (Germany), where he joins Akamai Technologies, and delivers for several years as a Named Accounts Post Sales Engineer. There he assists on all Akamai’s Cloud Services and gets exposed to roughly one third of all worldwide Web Traffic on a daily basis.
His professional development path landed him focusing on all Streaming’s most troubled waters, and he supports events such as the World Cup 2010, The Royal Marriage in 2011 or the Olympic Games in 2012, as well as plenty of other not-so-minor ones.

Steven has over 14 years experience in IT. He was born in the fires of the IT service desk, where he learnt the industry from the ground up.

Since then he's worked as a 1st/2nd and 3rd line technician, before moving into technical operations management and solutions architecture. Now working with a wide range of cloud-based technologies we're pretty sure he can solve any problems you throw at him.

Vanessa joined the team at GlobalDots to bring a new dimension in to the marketing and sales discipline. As GlobalDots, we have in-house expertise unlike any other organisation and one of our objectives is to share that expertise far and wide. Vanessa's role is to build the IT communities, bringing them together to share best practices, gain guidance and hear about the coolest new technologies through MeetUps, dinners, breakfasts and other networking events.

Vanessa is a known name in the IT industry having joined us after 20 years of creating IT events for SC Magazine, IBM, FireEye and more.
