Role Summary:

We are looking for a senior-level Platform Engineer who can lead complex platform transformation programs end-to-end.

This person should be equally strong in architecture, hands-on implementation, and technical leadership. They must be able to modernize legacy systems, design and build migration and automation pipelines, and guide teams through technically risky change with strong validation discipline.

Work involving platform modernization, security, and content-delivery transformation, enterprise-level systems, API-driven automation, infrastructure integration, and production readiness.

What You’ll Do:

• Assess enterprise platforms and build target-state architecture.
• Break large transformation efforts into staged, low-risk delivery phases.
• Build automation tools for discovery, platform migrations, and observability.
• Troubleshooting issues across the full migration/onboarding chain
• Establish repeatable quality gates with tests, syntax checks, validation scripts, and operational evidence.
• Work with customers through ambiguous technical work and improve delivery practices across the team.

Your core capabilities are:

• Platform modernization and migration strategy
• Strong automation engineering (any language – GO, Python, JS)
• Cloud Security, Web performance (CDN), and application delivery knowledge
• Infrastructure and configuration transformation experience
• Systems debugging across multi-stage pipelines
• Technical leadership and cross-team coordination
• Strong documentation and observability mindset
• AI-assisted engineering with rigorous review and verification.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, or DevOps roles
• Proven hands-on experience building internal tools, migration frameworks, or platform automation
• Experience working with cloud platforms, infrastructure APIs, and config-driven systems
• Experience leading technically complex initiatives across engineering, operations, security, and platform teams
• Strong judgment in legacy-system analysis, risk management, and phased rollout planning.

AI Knowledge We Expect:

• You should be able to use AI to speed up code exploration, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and draft implementation.
• Have experience with AI Agents/IDE – Cursor, Codex, Opencode, etc
• Have Familiarity with skills, tools, handling context, and design agent workflows
• Write precise prompts for technical analysis and transformation work.
• Critically review AI output for correctness, safety, and hidden assumptions.
• Create validation-first workflows so AI-generated work is always checked with deterministic evidence.
• Help a team adopt AI-assisted engineering without reducing code quality or operational safety.

We’re hiring a Senior Security and Network Engineer to own the technical delivery of Cloudflare across our enterprise customer portfolio.

This isn’t a “manage the dashboard” role. You’ll be the hands-on expert designing, building, and operating Cloudflare configurations in complex, multi-tenant environments, where correctness and reliability directly impact customer trust.

What you’ll own:

• End-to-end Cloudflare delivery: WAF (custom rules, managed rulesets, rate limiting, bot management), CDN caching strategy, DDoS mitigation, DNS, TLS/mTLS, Zero Trust (Access, Tunnel, WARP), Workers, and API Shield.
• Customer onboarding from scratch: discovery, migration planning, configuration build-out, staging validation, and go-live.
• Automation and tooling for configuration management, bulk operations, and reporting via Cloudflare APIs and Terraform.
• Production troubleshooting across the full delivery chain, from cache logic and WAF rule conflicts to routing anomalies and origin behavior.
• Documentation, runbooks, and quality gates so the team can maintain and support what you build.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of hands-on Cloudflare experience in production. Not conceptual knowledge, real delivery.
• Deep protocol fluency: HTTP, DNS, TLS, TCP/IP – able to trace a request from client to origin and explain every decision Cloudflare makes along the way.
• IaC and automation experience: Terraform (Cloudflare provider), Python or Go for API-driven workflows.
• Comfort working directly with enterprise customers through ambiguous technical requirements.
• Experience in environments where a misconfiguration has real business consequences – strong validation and change management discipline.
• AI-assisted engineering: You use tools like Cursor, Codex, or similar to move faster, but you review and validate what they generate before it touches production.

Nice to have:

Cloudflare certifications · Akamai / Fastly / CloudFront migration experience.

Application security background (OWASP, secure headers, CSP).

Managed services or consulting experience across multiple customer environments simultaneously.

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps to join our growing DevOps department! 

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of DevOps experience
• Strong understanding of DevOps/SRE concepts: CI/CD, Branching/Deployment/Testing strategies and so on
• English language of upper intermediate or more. We’re working in an English speaking environment and need to communicate with our customers via Slack/meetings,  write documentation, etc

Proven production experience with:

• Cloud services: AWS, GCP, or Azure (self hosted clouds are also welcome)
• IaC tools: Terraform, Terragrunt (CloudFormation, Pulumi, Crossplane optional)
• Docker/Docker Compose
• Kubernetes: managed & self-hosted clusters, multi-environment setups, multi zones, autoscaling, etc
• Configuration management tools: Ansilble, Chef
• CI/CD tools Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, Argo
• Monitoring and logging systems: ELK/EFK, PLG, Kube Prometheus Stack (Victoriametrics, Logs.io, NewRelic, Datagod optional)
• Secrets management tools: Hashicorp Vault, AWS Secret Manager
• Bash and one of programming language like Python/Golang
• Linux!
• Network problem troubleshooting (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, etc.)
