We are looking for a driven Revenue Operations Specialist.

What does it mean?

  • You will work with our Biz Dev and RevOps team to assist new and existing processes for internal clients from marketing and sales departments to run their operations and implement & improve existing operations with Monday.com, Outreach.io, HubSpot and other tools.
  • You will work directly with our Biz dev team and help our sales and marketing teams reduce friction in the sales process, streamline processes for their buyer journey, and automate tasks so salespeople are successful in their day-to-day activities and have more customer-facing focus.

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps to join our growing DevOps department! 

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of DevOps experience
  • Strong understanding of DevOps/SRE concepts: CI/CD, Branching/Deployment/Testing strategies and so on
  • English language of upper intermediate or more. We’re working in an English speaking environment and need to communicate with our customers via Slack/meetings,  write documentation, etc

Proven production experience with:

  • Cloud services: AWS, GCP, or Azure (self hosted clouds are also welcome)
  • IaC tools: Terraform, Terragrunt (CloudFormation, Pulumi, Crossplane optional)
  • Docker/Docker Compose
  • Kubernetes: managed & self-hosted clusters, multi-environment setups, multi zones, autoscaling, etc
  • Configuration management tools: Ansilble, Chef
  • CI/CD tools Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, Argo
  • Monitoring and logging systems: ELK/EFK, PLG, Kube Prometheus Stack (Victoriametrics, Logs.io, NewRelic, Datagod optional)
  • Secrets management tools: Hashicorp Vault, AWS Secret Manager
  • Bash and one of programming language like Python/Golang
  • Linux!
  • Network problem troubleshooting (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, etc.)

Job description 

  • Help team members and customers in achieving professional excellence utilizing industry best practices. 
  • Advise and maintain a feedback loop with the company’s customers to ensure deliveries are in accordance with the customer’s needs and expectations.
  • Function as a go-to tech lead for pinpointing challenges and finding creative solutions.
  • Hands on capabilities are a must. 

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with AWS and vast usage of their services.
  • Strong experience with Networking, Linux and Windows administration.
  • Proven practical experience in building and managing:
  • CI/CD solutions (Git, Terraform, Jenkins, Helm, etc.)
  • Containers and orchestrators (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, etc.)
  • System monitoring and centralized logging platforms (Datadog, Prometheus, ELK, etc.) 
  • Vast experience in production environments.
  • Knowledge with GCP and Azure infrastructure.
  • Good scripting abilities in at least two of the following: Bash, Python, Ruby, Perl, PowerShell.
  • Experience with performing under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Great interpersonal skills, flexible, communicative with a committed personality.
  • Works well in a self-reliant working atmosphere, independent and detail oriented.

  • Ability to work alone as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in fast paced, fluid operating environment.
  • Outstanding networking abilities.
