We are looking for a talented Sales Development Representative to support our global sales team and help up transform the industry.

What does it mean? Here you go:

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel revenue.
  • Working with our sales leadership team, create, prioritize, and qualify strategic target account lists.
  • Drive new business via outbound prospecting and cold calling into must-win strategic accounts.
  • Qualify inbound leads and turn them into pipeline opportunities.
  • Call and email targeted potential clients. Conduct initial conversations and present GlobalDot’s industry level value.
  • Understand a prospect’s needs and effectively communicate how GlobalDots will meet them.
  • Give high level solution overview presentations online.
  • Discover new leads through internet research and social media monitoring/commenting.
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (e.g., adding contacts, sending regular emails, strategic appointment setting).
  • Follow up on a high volume of new leads in a rapid manner.
  • Set up introductory calls with our Account Executives and prospective customers.
  • Support marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other marketing campaigns.

  • Strong experience with AWS and vast usage of their services.
  • Strong experience with Networking, Linux and Windows administration.
  • Proven practical experience in building and managing:
  • CI/CD solutions (Git, Terraform, Jenkins, Helm, etc.)
  • Containers and orchestrators (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, etc.)
  • System monitoring and centralized logging platforms (Datadog, Prometheus, ELK, etc.) 
  • Vast experience in production environments.
  • Knowledge with GCP and Azure infrastructure.
  • Good scripting abilities in at least two of the following: Bash, Python, Ruby, Perl, PowerShell.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as a valuable partner of the marketing team. Initiate, ideate, create and lead marketing projects, navigating company’s positioning and growth to new heights
  • Ideate and create outstanding high-quality content (video, blogs, ebooks, podcasts, sales collateral etc.)
  • Be the technical consultant for all marketing efforts (social media, email marketing, ad copy, website pages, PR and SEO), supporting them with your knowledge about products, technologies, use cases, customers’ needs and pain-points.

What you have:

  • 2+ years Working experience as product marketing / product management / technical sales / presales manager, or an equivalent technical position, from a cloud, web or security B2B company – A MUST.
  • 2+ Working experience in infrastructure management, security engineering, DevOps, or cloud consulting – An advantage.  
  • Technical content creation or product marketing experience – An advantage.  
  • Native level English –  A MUST.
  • BsC in computer sciences, information technology, engineering or an equivalent field – An advantage.
