Business Development Representative (BDR) German Speaker

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will identify and create new qualified sales opportunities for the sales team. The BDR role is crucial in driving revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying leads, and building relationships with potential clients.
What will you be doing
Lead Prospecting & Outreach
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels (cold calling, emails, social media, events, etc.)
- Generate and qualify outbound leads by engaging with decision-makers and understanding their needs.
Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads for the sales team by meeting weekly and monthly lead-generation goals

Qualifications
Experience
- 1- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Experience with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach) is a plus

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly

Requirements:
- 3-6 years of DevOps experience
- Strong understanding of DevOps/SRE concepts: CI/CD, Branching/Deployment/Testing strategies and so on

Proven production experience with:
