One of Berlin’s most intimate new Japanese dining experiences dedicated to Edomae sushi — a centuries-old craft built on precision, patience and seasonality.
For one evening, the restaurant is entirely ours. 15 guests around the chef’s counter. 12-course nigiri omakase, prepared and served piece by piece in front of you, accompanied by a curated premium sake and beverage pairing.
